中国天气网讯 今年第7号台风“米克拉”(强热带风暴级)的中心今天(21日)上午8点钟位于台湾鹅銮鼻东偏南方向约1480公里的西北太平洋洋面上，就是北纬15.3度、东经133.1度，中心附近最大风力有10级(28米/秒)，中心最低气压为982百帕，七级风圈半径为160-240公里，十级风圈半径为80-90公里。
