पश्चिम बंगाल के मुख्यमंत्री शुभेंदु अधिकारी ने शनिवार को CID को निर्देश दिया कि वह बीजेपी कार्यकर्ता प्रशांत डे की हत्या के मामले में FIR में नामजद सभी 51 आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार करे। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में अब कानून का राज है और वोट बैंक या धर्म के नाम पर किसी भी दोषी को नहीं बचाया जाएगा। अधिकारी ने यह भी कहा कि आरोपियों की पुलिस कस्टडी के दौरान ही चार्जशीट दाखिल की जाए, मुकदमे की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो और कानून के प्रावधानों के अनुसार उन्हें सजा दिलाई जाए।
